35 Years’ Experience
PCM has been serving clients in Southern California for over 35
years. No other company can match its depth of experience, knowledge
and range of services. Our management portfolio of nearly 80,000
units consists of Associations numbering as few as 6 units to as
many as 14,000. The long relationship we enjoy with many of our
Associations is an active testimony to the quality of our management
service. We are very proud that our experience and reputation for
service and integrity have set the standard for management companies
nation-wide.

systems and proprietary software allows PCM to provide the most

But we never let technology overshadow the personal nature of
our business. For example, we have the latest in voice mail systems
but because of our unwavering commitment to personal service, our
receptionist personally answers and directs the majority of all
calls received.
PCM also maintains a web site location and each manager utilizes
an individual E-mail address. We also can develop, host, and maintain
your Association's very own website. This service allows you and
your homeowners the ability to access account information at your
own convenience and greatly enhance communication. In addition,
homeowners will be able to submit maintenance requests and service
requests that are stored on their own master file, view vital Association
information such as your Rules and Regulations, and retrieve needed
forms while learning about the community.
Homeowners will feel more connected and a part of the neighborhood
through use of this service. Future links will include local service
vendors such as real estate professionals, home service providers,
banking institutions, etc.
