Professional Community Management (PCM)
Mr. Holland is the Vice President, MIS
for Professional Community Management (PCM) and has been a
member of PCM’s management team since he joined the
company in 1997. Mr. Holland has an extensive background in
business systems and administration and in the technical aspect
of the real estate management industry.
Holland, with the other members of the Executive Team, directs
the activities of the company whose management portfolio has
grown to over 78,000 units, representing a combined real estate
value of over $25 billion.
Holland began his career in information technology and business
systems with the U.S. Marine Corps where his main focus was
on providing leadership, system support and data auditing.
After leaving the service, he has worked for the banking,
medical auditing, real estate and senior community management
industries.
Mr. Holland holds a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in
software engineering from National University, San Diego.
He has completed technical and certification programs from
leading industry organizations such as Microsoft, Cisco and
Citrix.
