Professional Community Management (PCM)
Debbie Evans is Chief Operating Officer
of Professional Community Management (PCM). In this vital
leadership role, she is charged with oversight of operations
at PCM offices throughout Southern California, with responsibility
for training, guidance and support to managers and staff.
She is particularly involved in supervision of large master-planned
communities and standardization of operations throughout the
company.
Debbie joined the PCM management team in 1989 and has developed
a unique understanding of the requirements and responsibilities
of the management profession. Under her leadership and supervision,
PCM has achieved considerable growth and maintained excellent
retention. PCM currently manages over 70,000 units with a
combined real estate value of over $35 billion in Orange,
San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties
.
As a management professional, Debbie has earned the distinguished
credential of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM).
She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the California
Association of Community Managers (CACM) since 1994 and currently
serves as Past Chair of the CACM Executive Committee. She
is also a member of the CACM faculty providing education to
community managers throughout the state. As a speaker and
faculty member, she has focused on promoting professionalism
and increasing education for the community management industry.
She also works closely with homeowner and developer boards
of directors to provide guidance in all aspects of community
management.
Debbie is an active member of the Community Associations Institute.
