Communication
We establish and maintain open communication with the developer
and homeowners to ensure a smooth transition at build-out, including:

Coordinate, attend and facilitate all developer turnover of common
area

Distribute a "Welcome Package" to new homeowners who
may be unfamiliar with association living providing them with
rules and regulations, architectural submittals, etc.
- Provide board member training to new board members
- Develop an on-going HOA newsletter and website to
distribute information and provide effective methods of feedback
and requests
- Act as a mediator through communications with homeowners
to pre-empt issues regarding construction defects
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance manuals
- Preparation and filing of state Tax Exemption Form
