PCM utilizes biometric time clocks and a payroll staff at most on-site locations. Payroll is processed using state-of-the-art technology to ensure accuracy.

State and Federal Tax Compliance & Filing:
Our systems ensure proper taxing of wages, including garnishment & child support order compliance. Quarterly and annual tax filing is provided. All tax payments are filed using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

State and Federal Wage and Hour Law Compliance:
It’s critical to administer policies & procedures to ensure compliance in areas such as overtime calculations, breaks & mealtime requirements, deductions from paychecks, mandatory leave time, exempt vs. non-exempt, and equal pay.
