In an on-going effort to enhance our services we are proud to offer our Association clients the ability to receive their monthly statements electronically. This additional service will not only provide our homeowner clients with a more efficient way of receiving their monthly statements, but will provide our Association clients with a monthly cost savings. For owners selecting to receive their monthly statements electronically the monthly savings to the Association will be on average, $.15 per statement, plus postage for an average savings of $.57 per electronic statement.
