Professional Community Management (PCM)
Alisa Toalson, Vice President of the Inland Empire Region for Professional Community Management, has been an industry professional for over 8 years. Alisa continues to provide excellent customer service and guidance to hundreds of homeowners in community associations in Southern California.
Alisa started her community management career as an assistant to the General Manager in one of PCM’s exclusive, active adult communities. After three years she transitioned into portfolio management in PCM’s corporate office. In 2007, Alisa assisted in opening PCM’s Inland Empire office and has since been dynamically involved in growing the region for PCM.
Alisa has worked actively with many homeowner and developer boards of directors and architectural committees. Her experience and knowledge have provided guidance to established communities experiencing challenging deferred maintenance related issues, litigation matters as well as newer associations establishing goals and objectives for the first time. In addition, Alisa has provided Board member training relative to their role in governing their communities, including financial understanding and responsibility.
Alisa has earned the prestigious designation of CCAM, Certified Community Association Manager, from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). Alisa is also an actively involved Board Member for the Greater Inland Empire Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and recently obtained her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation.
