Dana Davidson, Vice President for Professional Community Management, has been an industry professional for over 13 years.
In her current position, Dana serves as a key member of the executive team that sets PCM’s strategic direction. She oversees the operations and financial performance, client retention, business development and strategies to support the PCM Orange County Portfolio Management Division. Dana translates strategies into focused action plans to ensure PCM’s client support organization is positioned to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
Dana also manages a portfolio of homeowners’ associations of her own. She actively works with many homeowner boards of directors and committees to provide them with guidance. Her experience and knowledge have provided guidance to communities experiencing challenging deferred maintenance related issues, large renovation/construction projects, environmental issues and budgetary related issues.
As a skilled manager, she has earned the prestigious designation of CCAM, Certified Community Association Manager, from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
