A Sister Company of Professional Community Management (PCM) Since the year 2010, Mr. Storage’s current position is that of General Manager of Laguna Woods Village, Laguna Woods, a senior retirement community. Prior to this position, Mr. Storage was the Director of Maintenance and Security for the community for over a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from American University. He is a member of the following organizations: American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Water Works Association (AWWA), Water Pollution Control Association (WPCA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA); Community Associations Institute (CAI); California Association of Community Managers (CACM); Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE), Association of Electrical Engineers (AEE), American Society of Industrial Security, (ASIS), and The American Society of Mechanical Engineers, (ASME). Mr. Storage oversees a complex operation that provides all services associated with the management and maintenance of the Village with 20,000 residents and over 13,000 dwelling units and facilities with a total operating budget of over $90 million and various multi-million dollar capital projects and acquisitions each year. The operation includes oversight of over 900 full-time equivalent employees. The operations overseen by Mr. Storage and his executive team include:
