James V. (Jim) Fraker PCAM ®

Jim Fraker has been a member of PCM’s management team since 1986 and has managed PCM's Carlsbad office for over 25 years.
Jim is responsible for overseeing and directing management activities in the San Diego Office. As administrator of this regional office, he supervises personnel and provides training and guidance to the management staff.
He also works closely with PCM's marketing department in promotion and development. He prepares marketing proposals and makes presentations to prospective clients. His leadership and supervision have been instrumental in growing this division to 14,000 units in over 60 associations.
Jim's long experience and knowledge of community management provides strong leadership and a valuable liaison with boards of directors. He works closely with staff and board members to continually improve the level of service and promote PCM’s commitment to management excellence.
A respected member of his profession, Jim has earned the distinguished credentials of Professional Community Association Manager PCAM) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). He serves on the board of directors of the San Diego Chapter of CAI.
He plays an active role in service to his community and is past Chairman of the Vista Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Building Industry Association.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA Degree in Economics.
