Joe Winkler, Vive President of Marketing for Professional Community Management has been with PCM for almost 11 years. Joe started with PCM working as a Community and Government Relations Analyst with Laguna Woods Village working in concert with Board Members and local legislators to promote the Villages standing in Orange County and the State of California. During this time, Joe hosted several State Assemblymen and Senators and was successful in working with legislators to alter legislation to represent the best interests of seniors around the state. In 2003 Joe was promoted, and served as General Manger to Huntington Landmark Senior Adult Community in Huntington Beach, CA and then Ocean Hills Country Club Homeowners Association located in Oceanside, CA. Joe was successful in leading several large projects benefitting clients such as: fiber optic infrastructure installation; strategic business planning efforts; and green-minded infrastructure retrofits.

Joe is originally from Manlius New York, a suburb of Syracuse. Joe attended Canisuis College in Buffalo, NY where he played Division I Tennis for 4 years, and earned a B.S. in Physics. After a brief career as tennis pro, Joe moved to California in 2000 to escape the harsh northeast winters. Joe currently holds a CCAM designation, and lives in Dana Point California.
