BioTimothy B. (Tim) Taylor, CCAM® Tim Taylor has been a member of PCM’s on-site management team since 1984. Tim is a strong leader with a proven track record of success. Before being promoted to his current position Tim served as an on-site general manager for 18 years and spent 5 years in various management positions at Laguna Woods Village. He was promoted to the position of Vice President, Large Scale Management in July 2007. In his current position Tim is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the management services provided to PCM’s on-site management clients. Tim works closely and meets regularly with PCM’s on-site management staff to ensure that the operational and lifestyle expectations of PCM’s on-site management clients are consistently exceeded. Tim’s 20+ years of successful management experience and knowledge of the complex on-site environment have proven to be a valuable resource to PCM’s on-site management team and large-scale client Boards of Directors. Tim also works closely with the company’s marketing executives to promote PCM’s on-site management services to prospective clients and efficiently and smoothly transition newly acquired large-scale communities. A well-known and respected member of the community management profession, Tim has earned the distinguished credential of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is a former winner of CACM’s Leadership Award for Physical Maintenance. Tim is an active Little League Baseball volunteer and a past Rotarian in both Mission Viejo and Banning. Tim is a 1980 graduate of Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. |
