Property Service Supervisor (Full Time)

Will assist the Property Services Manager with the oversight of Property Services and Community Access personnel.  Will engage in heavy customer contact in person and by telephone.  Plans, organizes, coordinates and supervises the activities of the Property Services and Community Access functions, resident service requests, and related activities. Coordinates and participates in the proper processing of chargeable and non-chargeable work orders.  Requires excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of personnel and senior citizens.  Excellent organizational, administrative, and follow-up skills required. Must have thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in public or business administration and considerable supervisory experience. Full Time/Full benefits.
