General Miaintenance Worker (Full Time)

Monitors and performs regular interior and exterior preventive maintenance at residential and community facilities.  Trouble shoots and repairs building electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, paints interior and exterior surfaces, repairs and/or installs various building components and fixtures including, but not limited to hardware, wallboard, interior and wood trim, weather stripping, rain gutters, downspouts, windows, doors, siding, garage doors, fences, and fascia. Must have a strong background in framing. Up to three years of resent experience.  A valid California driver’s License. Submit with application an H-6 DMV printout.  Full time/Full Benefits.

In addition directly supervises the daily activity of the accounts receivable staff as assigned. The Accounting Services Coordinator reports to the Controller. This position is full time with overtime required when necessary. Under moderate supervision, monitors the clubhouse area for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. Assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities. Verification of residents’ membership to the clubhouse and facilities at the community. Position is part time and requires days, evenings, holidays and weekend work schedules. Work involves regular contact with residents using clubhouse facilities and works closely with the Lifestyle Director.
