Designation of CCAM® (Certified Community Association Manager) is conferred by the California Association of Community Managers. Re-certification is every three years with requirements for continuing education.

Designation of PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager) is conferred by the Community Associations Institute. Re-certification is every three years with requirements for continuing education.

California Brokers Real Estate Licenses are renewable every 4 years with requirements for continuing education.
