PCM’s Casey Almero Embodies Company’s Family Spirit in the Philippines

Casey Almero is a true embodiment of theFamily Spirit that defines our Associa culture. While on vacation in thePhilippines, Casey took the initiative to reach out to our Global Team Members nearby, hoping to connect in person. Despite a typhoon limiting attendance, one team member—Desiree Llamas—was able to meet him for lunch. Their heartfelt conversation centered around their shared pride in being part of the PCM family and the joy they find in their work. Seeing our team connect across continents in such a genuine way is a powerful reminder of the global bond we share at Associa.

Casey shared, “Desiree blessed my wife and me with her joyful presence and company. We had a wonderful time getting to know each other. We talked about fun work stuff and shared stories about ourfamilies. We will miss her dearly.”
