Before deciding to hire Professional Community Management, An Associa® Company (PCM) for its management needs, the community had previously worked with two other companies that could not successfully fulfill the role. A large community with many different elements and several amenities, it was important to the board of directors that the property not only be well maintained, but also financially sound. That meant providing regular, high-quality maintenance while keeping its budget healthy and reserves in check. Ultimately, the board needed proper guidance in balancing it all.
The active-adult community partnered with PCM in 2012. Its community general manager and four other on-site staff oversee the community and address concerns and maintenance items as soon as they arise. With this proactive approach, issues are managed swiftly. The board and residents can rest assured knowing that its onsite team is able to competently act on concerns before they result in greater damage or risk injuring someone. Today, PCM continues to maintain the fiscal health and structural integrity of the community.
